« To Async recording: Overview
Once a participant completes their async recording, the user who created the async recording link receives a confirmation notification containing the participant’s name, email, and a link to their recording on Riverside. Follow these steps to download the participant's recording.
Who: Account owner, Admins, Directors, and Editors
Plan: Some Business plans, contact your CSM

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- Select the relevant project.
- From the top menu, click Recordings.
- Scroll down to the relevant recording.
- Under Tracks, next to the participant's track, click
High quality.
- Select a media format, such as Raw video or Raw audio.
The high quality track downloads in the selected format.
