You can share your recordings, projects, exports, and drafts with collaborators at any stage of the creative process.

Share a recording
Share a recording session with your collaborators to let them quickly preview and download tracks, show notes, and transcripts.
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Projects and select the relevant project.
- From the top menu, click Recordings.
- In the bottom-right corner of the video, click Share.
- Under Share recording, click Copy link.
Using the link, your collaborators can stream the full recording in their computer browser and change the playback speed. They can also download the session's locally recorded High Quality Tracks, even if they don't have an account.

Share project
Share a project with your collaborators to allow them to stream the full recordings of all sessions and download the project's locally recorded high-quality tracks.
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Projects and select the relevant project.

At the top right of the page, click Share.

To the right of the link, click Copy link.

Paste and send the link to collaborators to give them access to the recordings.
To paste, press and hold ⌘+V on a Mac or Ctrl+V on a PC.
The recipient does not need a Riverside account. They can download the separate high-quality tracks if you still have hours available in your account plan.

Share draft preview
Create a permanent, downloadable preview link of a clip to collaborate with others and gather feedback.
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
- In the top right of the editor, click Share.
- To the right of the link, click Copy link.
- Paste the shareable link and send it to collaborators.
To paste, press and hold ctrl+V on a PC or ⌘+V on a Mac.
Recording previews are low-resolution versions of your recording. The quality of your recording will improve when you export it.
Draft previews do not contain the Riverside watermark even if your final export does. Depending on your plan, you can remove the watermark.

Share exported recording
Once you've finished editing, share a link to your exported recording for anyone to watch, download, or share.
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Projects and select the relevant project.
- From the top menu, click Exports.
- In the bottom-right corner of the video, click Share.
- Under the video preview, click the
Copy link icon.
- Paste the link in an email, text, post, and more, to share it with someone.
- Or you can publish and share your recording to social media.
