Riverside’s AI Producer agent preps your sessions and your studio and supports you while you record.

In the studio, the Producer agent is only available on Grow, Webinar, and Business plans.

Start a chat with the Producer agent

  • Using a computer browser

    The Producer agent is accessible throughout the Riverside platform.

    1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
    3. On the homepage, the agents chat is open.
      Or, click the Agents button in the top left corner of the page.
    4. Click the Producer icon.
      The Producer chat opens.

  • Using the iOS app

    1. Open the Riverside iOS app on your phone.
    2. On the Home screen, tap Agents in the bottom navigation bar.
    3. Tap the Producer agent.
      The Producer chat opens.

Using the Producer agent

Before your recording

Before your recording, the Producer agent can:

  • Schedule and cancel a recording session, live stream, or webinar.
  • Invite people to your session.
  • Research interview questions and turn your ideas into a teleprompter script. 
  • Prepare your studio so your session looks how you want it to.

Before a webinar

(Webinar and Business plans)

The Producer agent can also set up a webinar from start to finish including:

  • Setting up the event and registration page.
  • Draft audience registration emails
  • Prepare polls and Q&A.

During your recording 

(Grow, Webinar and Business plans)

While you record, the Producer agent reads the live transcript and can:

  • Summarize your guest’s last response.
  • Suggest a next question that fits the current stage of the conversation.

  • In long recordings, the Producer agent references the last 45 minutes of conversation.
  • The Producer agent asks you for confirmation before sending anything out.
