Project panel in the editor

See every recording, edit, magic asset, and export from your project without leaving the editor in the Project Panel.

Please note:
This feature is in beta and is being released gradually to Riverside users.

What's in the panel

The panel organizes everything in your project into sections. Click a section to expand it, then click any file to open it in the editor.

  • Source files: your original recordings, including takes and individual tracks.
  • Edits: every manual edit you've created from this project.
  • Magic Clips, Magic Segments, and Magic Hooks: AI generated content.
  • Assets: text based content tied to your recording, like show notes and blog posts
  • Snapshots: social snapshots automatically captured during your recording session.
  • Exports: finished files you've downloaded or shared from this project.

What you can do from the panel

  • Preview all content in a folder: click a folder, like a Magic Clips batch, to browse its contents in a grid view in the main canvas, without leaving the editor.
  • Add a file to an edit: click the ... menu next to a file and select Add to Timeline to drop it straight into an edit.
  • Record or upload new content: click the + button at the top of the panel to start a new recording or upload a file into the project.
  • Edit a text asset: open a blog post, social caption, or other text asset from Assets to edit its content and formatting without leaving the editor. Not yet available for Show Notes.
  • Search and filter: use the search bar or the filter icon at the top of the panel to find a specific file.
  • Manage a file: click the ... menu next to any item to rename, move, duplicate, or delete it.
  • Adjust your brand or personalization settings: click Brand or Personalize at the top of the panel.
