Turn on live captions for your studio so everyone in your live stream or webinar can follow along as people speak.

Step by step
- Join a studio as a host or producer.
- In the sidebar on the right, click
Settings.
- In the Quick settings window, click Open all settings.
- In the settings window, click Advanced.
- Under Live captions, toggle on
Let participants turn on captions.
- Close the settings window.
Everyone in the studio now sees the Captions button in the toolbar once the live stream or webinar starts.
Good to know
- The setting stays on for future sessions in this studio until you turn it off.
- Turning on this setting doesn’t show captions to anyone. Each participant chooses whether to show captions on their own screen.
- Captions are available in English only.
- You can toggle the setting on or off during a session. The change applies to everyone right away.
