Live stream your Riverside recording session on Twitch to reach a broader audience.

Before you start
To live stream to Twitch:
- Make sure you meet Twitch's technical specifications.
Set up the live stream connection to Twitch and go live
- Join a studio session as the host or producer.
- At the top of the studio, click + Live stream.
Or, click theadd live stream destination icon.
- Next to Live stream to social, click the toggle
to turn it on.
- This toggle must be turned on for Riverside to connect to your destination platforms.
- Click the + plus icon.
- Select
Twitch.
- In the new window, log in to your Twitch account.
- Under Riverside.fm wants to access your account, click Authorize.
- Click Done.
- In the Riverside studio, make sure that the toggle next to your Twitch destination is
on.
- Add a title and description for the stream.
- At the bottom of your Riverside studio, click Go live.
- Click Start recording to start the live stream.
It can take around 30 seconds for the video to appear on Twitch.
Good to know
- If you are already connected to your Twitch account, skip the connection steps and follow the steps to go live in the studio.
- Only one Riverside studio can stream to a Twitch account at a time, per Twitch's policy.
- We recommend activating Disconnect Protection so you're alerted if your live stream stops.
