Icon.svg Good to know

  • The connection appears in the list of all of your connected destination platforms inside your studio. Make sure the toggle is in the on position toggle-on.svg before streaming.
  • The connection stays in your list of destination platforms, however we recommend connecting with a new Stream Key and URL every time you want to stream to make sure your connection remains unbroken.
  • Videos on Instagram use a 9:16 ('portrait') frame, so some of your participants on Riverside may be cropped from the video.
  • To stop the live stream, end the broadcast in Instagram before clicking Stop in Riverside. Ending the stream in Riverside first causes Instagram to keep displaying the last frame.
