The All participants cloud recording combines all the participants' cloud recording tracks into one MP4 file. Its smaller size makes it useful to quickly review a conversation or to keep as a backup reference of the entire recording session.
Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- Select the relevant project.
- From the top menu, click Recordings.
- Scroll down to the relevant recording.
- Under Tracks, next to All participants, click Download.

Select Cloud to save the MP4 video to your computer.
Preparing in real time and can take up to 15 mins.
Good to know
- Once generated, cloud recordings are available for three months, after which they are permanently deleted.
- The All Participants cloud recording captures participants' video frames in the default gallery layout or the selected studio layout, including producers who had their camera or mic enabled.
- Cloud recording files have a maximum resolution of 720p. The quality of each person's internet connection during the call can impact the quality of their part of the file. For higher-resolution files, use Riverside's editor to create edits and clips or download the high quality tracks.
