To upgrade or change your subscription plan, follow the steps below.

Switch between paid plans

• Switch plans using a computer

  1. On a computer, log into your account. 
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button. 
  3. Click Settings. 
  4. On the left, under Your account, click Plan & Billing.
  5. Click Compare plans.
     
  6. At the bottom right of the window, click See pricing.
  7. At the top of the page, click the toggle to switch between Yearly and Monthly billing. 
     When the toggle is off , your account is set to Monthly billing. 
     When the toggle is on , your account is set to Yearly billing. 
  8. Under your desired plan, click Switch to this plan. 
     Your account upgrades immediately.

• Switch paid plans using a phone

  1. Launch the Riverside mobile app.
  2. In the top left corner, tap the current studio. 
  3. Tap Settings in the bottom left corner. 
  4. Tap Subscription.
  5. Tap Compare plans.
  6. At the top of the page, switch between Yearly and Monthly billing.
  7. Tap the desired plan.
  8. Tap Buy Now.

Good to know

• The first 14 days are free. You will be billed after the trial period ends.

• Only web subscriptions can be upgraded or changed in the mobile app. Learn more about managing your Mobile Plus subscription.
