Invite new team member to Riverside for Business account

Add another person to your Riverside for Business account so they can join as a host or producer in the studio, or use the editor.

Step by step

  1. Using a computer, log in to your Riverside for Business account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  1. Click Settings.
  2. Under Team, click Members.
  3. Next to Members, click Invite.
  4. In the Type email field, enter the team member’s email address.

  5. From the dropdown, choose their role.

  6. Click Select a production, then assign the team member to a production.

  7. Click Send invite.
    An email invitation is sent to the team member.

  8. After sending the invitation, the member appears in the list with an Invite pending label until they accept the invite.

Resend an invite

  1. Using a computer, log in to your Riverside for Business account.

  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.

  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Team, click Members.
  5. Next to the invited team member, click •••the three dots.
  6. Click Resend invite.
    A new email invitation is sent to the team member.

Copy an invite link

You can copy and share the invite link directly with the team member.

  1. Using a computer, log in to your Riverside for Business account.

  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.

  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Team, click Members.
  5. Next to the invited team member, click •••the three dots.
  6. Click Copy invite link.
    The link is copied to your clipboard.

Remove an invite 

  1. Using a computer, log in to your Riverside for Business account.

  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.

  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Team, click Members.
  5. Next to the invited team member, click •••the three dots.
  6. Click Remove.
  7. In the pop-up window, under Remove invite, click Remove.
    The pending invitation is deleted, and the team member will no longer be able to join using their invite link.

Icon.svg Good to know

  • You can invite teammates before SSO is enabled. Pending invite links stay valid after SSO is turned on, so you do not need to resend invites.
  • The number of member roles visible in your account refers to the number of members you've invited to your account and does not include the account owner.
  • Invited users should not use their company’s Business account for personal or unrelated recordings. When a team member is removed from the Business account, they will no long have access to any recordings on the account.
