If you need help from us before recording, you can send us details of your studio connection and the mics and cameras connected to your computer.

Step by step

  1. Using your computer, join a Riverside Studio.
  2. From the studio sidebar, click Help.
  3. Click clipboard-plus@2x.png Copy technical details.
  4. In a support chat or email, paste the technical detail text.
    To paste, press and hold ctrl + V on a PC or ⌘ + V on a Mac.
    You can also save the details in a text document to share with support at a later time.
