Ask a question during a webinar

« To Audience member role: Overview

Riverside’s Q&A feature makes it easy to ask questions during a webinar. You can submit your questions in the chat, see which ones have been answered, and follow along as the host responds, either in writing or live on screen. 

• Ask a question using the browser

  1. Join the webinar as a registered audience member.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click Chat.
  3. Type your question in the message box.
  4. Click Send.

• Ask a question using your phone

  1. Join the webinar as a registered audience member.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, tap your question in the message box.
  3. Click Send.

Good to know

• To view only questions instead of the full chat, click the Q&A tab.
