By default, live stream videos are broadcasted in 720p resolution. You can increase the live stream resolution to up to 1080p.

Before a studio session

Log in to your Riverside account.
If you have multiple studios, select the relevant studio. - In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
- Click Settings.
- Under Audio & Video, click Studio settings.
- From the tabs at the top, click Live stream.
- Next to Streaming resolution, choose 720p or 1080p.
During a studio session
- Join a studio session as the host or producer.
- From the studio sidebar, click Settings.
- At the bottom of the panel, click Open all settings.
- On the left side panel, click Live Stream.
- Scroll down to Stream settings.
- Next to Streaming resolution, choose 720p or 1080p.
Good to know
- Setting the streaming resolution only impacts the video resolution that the audience sees on the channels you broadcast to. The local recording files will still be in the resolution you set.
- The final resolution of your video may be different from the resolution you set in the studio. Your device's capacities and internet connection can influence the quality of the live call.
