Troubleshooting: Unable to stop the recording

Troubleshooting for:

  • Record button is stuck on Starting…
  • Unable to stop the recording
  • The Record button is disabled

Suggested troubleshooting steps

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Rejoin the studio session.
  3. Click Stop to end the recording.
