Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- Select the relevant project.
- From the top menu, click Made for You.
- Next to Magic Episode, click Personalize.
- Next to Ratio, click the current aspect ratio (in purple).
- From the drop-down, choose your desired aspect ratio or select Audio only.
- Next to Layout, click the current layout (in purple).
- From the drop-down, choose how everyone's video tracks are displayed.
- If you select Smart Layouts, a control panel opens allowing you adjust how frequently camera switches occur.
- Next to Brand, toggle on
to automatically apply your branding to Magic Episodes.
- Toggle off
, if you prefer not to apply your branding.
- Toggle off
- Next to Remove pauses, toggle on
to automatically cut the pauses, gaps, and silences as Magic Episodes are generated from your recording.
- Click the current pace (in purple) and drag the slider to adjust the amount of pauses included in the clip.
- Next to Apply to screenshares & media, check the box to remove silences during screenshares and videos played during the recording.
- Next to Remove filler words toggle on
to automatically remove filler words in Magic Episodes.
- Next to Smart Mute toggle on
to automatically mute people who aren’t speaking.
- Click the current Magic Mute setting (in purple).
- Choose if you want to apply Magic Mute to All participants or Guests only.
- Next to Magic Audio toggle on
to automatically enhance audio for Magic Episodes.
- Click the current Magic Audio setting (in purple).
- Choose if you want to apply Magic Audio to All participants or Guests only.
- Click Save.
- To reset the default preferences for your Magic Clips, click reset to default.

- Default preferences for Magic Episodes are saved at the studio level.
