Add audience member during a webinar

Whether you managing audience registration with Riverside's customized audience pre-registration form or using a direct session link, you can add an audience member at the last minute, even if your webinar has already started and you’re live in the studio.

Step by step

  • Pre-registration

    1. Start the webinar.
    2. At the top of the studio, click the + plus icon to open the Live stream panel.

    3. Under Go live on Riverside, click the copy icon to copy the registration link.

      Anyone you share it with will need to fill in their details to register for the event and will receive a confirmation email with their unique joining link.

  • Direct session link 

    1. Start the webinar.
    2. At the top of the studio, click the + plus icon to open the Live stream panel.

    3. Under Go live on Riverside, click the copy icon to copy the Watch link
      Anyone you share it with will still need to enter their name and email before joining.
