Run polls during webinars to boost audience engagement, gather real-time feedback, and better understand and connect with your audience. After the session, you can download a CSV file containing poll results, making it easier to streamline follow-ups and leverage the data for lead generation and newsletters.

Step by step
- Start the webinar.
- From the studio sidebar, click Chat.
- Click Public chat.
- Click Polls.
Click the plus icon.
Under Question, enter your question (up to 150 characters).

Add answers (up to 10 options).
To delete an answer, click the delete icon

Click Launch to go live.
To save the poll for later, click Save.
Results update in real time, showing both total votes and percentage breakdowns.
Click End poll to stop collecting answers.
Download poll results
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- Select the relevant project.
- From the top menu, click Recordings.
- Scroll down to the relevant recording.
- Under Tracks, go to Polls.
- To the right, click Download to download the CSV file.
Good to know
- Studio polls are only available in webinars.
- Once a poll has ended, you cannot reuse or relaunch the same poll.
- Audience members can submit responses on desktop or mobile web.
- Poll results are saved at the studio level.
