Share an edit for review to gather feedback and comments from your co-host, clients, guests, or even a friend. Anyone can review and leave comments using a link, without a Riverside account.

This feature is in beta and is being released gradually to Riverside users.
Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
- Click Share.
- Click Share for review.
- Once the preview link is generated, click Copy link.
- Paste the link in an email, message, or document to share it with reviewers.
Anyone with the link can open the edit in their browser and leave comments.
Good to know
- Reviewers do not need a Riverside account to leave comments. When they click to leave a comment, they will be prompted to leave their name and email.
- Reviewer information is handled according to Riverside’s Privacy Policy.
- You receive email notifications when new comments are added to your edit.
- People who receive the review link can watch the video and view the transcript, but cannot access the timeline, editing tools, or elements in the edit.
Comments are included when you export the timeline as an XML file.
