Schedule and manage upcoming content in one calendar with the Riverside content planner. Plan recordings, live streams, webinars, social posts, and podcast episode releases.

From the content planner, you can schedule and manage different types of content:
- Schedule a studio session
- Schedule a live stream to social platforms
- Schedule a webinar with an audience registration form
- Schedule a webinar and collect audience details when people join
- Upload and publish a new episode with Hosting
- Schedule a social post to YouTube
- Schedule a social post to Instagram
- Schedule a social post to TikTok
- Schedule a social post to X (Twitter)
- Schedule a social post to Facebook
- Sync Content Planner with Google Calendar
Good to know
- Customers with multiple studios can view all their events (social posts, live streams, podcast episodes, recordings, and newsletters) from all studios directly in the Content Planner.
- Use the tabs in the top right corner of the Content Planner to switch between Weekly, Monthly, and List view.
- Click the
View settings icon at the top of the page to edit the Content Planner view and filter by Content type.
- All content types show as checked by default, uncheck any content type you want to hide from the Planner.
- Scheduled (upcoming) sessions appear in the Content Planner. A project is created only after a recording has taken place.
