Position, scale, and layer every element on the canvas to get exactly the look you want in each scene.
Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
- On the timeline, click the scene you want to adjust.
- On the canvas, click the speaker tile, caption, or overlay you want to adjust.
Selection handles appear around the element. - To move the element, drag it to a new position on the canvas.
- To resize the element, drag any corner handle inward or outward.
- To rotate the element, drag the
rotate handle below it.
- To set how widely the change applies, use the menu below the canvas:
- Select This scene to apply the change only to the current scene.
- Select Similar scenes to apply the change to scenes that have the same participants and currently share the same layout.
Change the layering of elements on the canvas
- On the canvas, click the element you want to bring forward or send back.
- In the toolbar above the canvas, click ••• [the three dots].
- Choose an option:
- Select Move Forward to bring the element one layer forward.
- Select Move Backwards to send the element one layer back.
