Suggested troubleshooting steps
- Disconnect your LinkedIn destination from Riverside, then reconnect.
- Wait 30 minutes before reconnecting. This controls for several possible causes.
- Complete all general live stream troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure you have connected only 1 stream destination to your studio. LinkedIn does not support additional connections.
- Make sure your destination meets the streaming requirements.
- Make sure you're streaming to a scheduled event. LinkedIn does not support spontaneous streams.
