Start a chat with the Clipper agent

The Clipper agent is accessible throughout the Riverside platform.

  • Using a computer browser

    Start a chat with the Clipper agent on a computer

    1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
    3. Click the Agents button in the top corner left of the page.
    4. Click the Clipper agent.svg Clipper icon.
      The Clipper agent chat opens.

  • Using the iOS mobile app

    Start a chat with the Clipper agent from the mobile app

    1. Open the Riverside iOS app on your phone.
    2. On the Home screen, tap Agents in the bottom navigation bar.
    3. Tap Clipper.
      Start a conversation by typing in the Ask Clipper text field at the bottom of the screen and tap the arrow icon to send.

Using the Clipper agent

Clipper creates Magic Clips from your recordings and helps you work with them. Here are some things you can ask Clipper to do:

  • Create Magic Clips from a recording.

  • Review Magic Clips in the chat, with your branding and captions already applied.
  • Boost Magic Clips by adding a style and elements like graphics, B-roll, and music.
  • Edit a Magic Clip.

  • If you are on a Pro plan or up, your preferences are applied when you generate clips.
