Change video's overall aspect ratio in editor

Adjust a video's aspect ratio to ensure your content is optimized for the best viewing experience across different platforms and devices.

Step by step

• • 1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
    3. At the top of the editor, click the current aspect ratio.
       (16:9 Full width, 9:16 Vertical, or 1:1 Square).
    4. In the panel, choose a new aspect ratio.
       
• 1. Open a recording from the Riverside mobile app.
  2. Tap the current aspect ratio at the bottom of the screen.
  3. The aspect ratio updates with each tap. Continue tapping until you achieve the desired setting.
