« To Manage Riverside for Business team: Overview
A Riverside for Business account can include team members in four different roles: Account Owner, Admin, Director, and Editor. Each role determines what a team member can access and manage.
- Account Owner: The Account Owner has full control over the account, including inviting or removing users, assigning roles, creating productions, adjusting studio settings, and managing account administration tasks. Each Business account has one Account Owner.
- Admin: Admins assist the Account Owner in managing the account. Their permissions can be customized by the Account Owner.
- Director: Directors oversee specific productions within the account. Directors' permissions are limited to the productions they are assigned to. They cannot invite, remove, or manage team members.
- Editor: Editors focus on content within assigned productions. Editors do not have permissions to manage team members or adjust studio settings.
Each Business account has one Account Owner, but the total seats available for the other roles varies by account.
