If you aren’t satisfied with your Riverside subscription, you can cancel it. Based on the subscription type you purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. See our refund and cancellation policy below.
Monthly subscriptions:
If you cancel your monthly Riverside Live or Pro subscription within the first 24 hours of its purchase, you can receive a full refund upon request.
- The policy applies to new paid subscriptions and when you upgrade from the free plan to the Pro or Live subscription level. If you move from the Pro level to the Live level, you can receive a refund only if you cancel within 24 hours of the original purchase of the Live subscription and make the request.
Yearly subscriptions:
If you cancel your yearly Riverside Live or Pro subscription within the first 14 days of its purchase, you can receive a full refund upon request.
- The policy applies to new paid subscriptions and when you upgrade from the free plan to the Pro or Live subscription level. If you move from the Pro level to the Live level, you can receive a refund only if you cancel within 14 days of the original purchase of the Live subscription and make the request.
AI credit purchases:
AI credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash or exchange value. Unused AI credits will not be refunded or carried forward, even if the credits are not used during the applicable term. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any AI feature at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
