After setting up pre-registration for your webinar, you can view the list of registrants to see who plans to join, approve or revoke access for specific individuals, and connect with your audience in advance.

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
- On the calendar, find the scheduled webinar and click it to open the event summary.
- In the bottom right corner, click Manage webinar.
The Webinar Overview opens. - Click the Audience tab in the top left corner.
Revoke access for specific individuals
By default, all registrants are approved. To reject a registration and prevent the person from joining the event:
- On the Audience page, next to the relevant registrant, click Approved.
- Select Not Approved from the dropdown.
When you set a registrant’s status to Not Approved, they cannot join the webinar. If they click the original join link, they see a screen that says Registration not approved.
Customize the registrant table

On the Audience page of the relevant session, click the
Registrants list icon.

Use the
Sort by dropdown on the right to organize the list by registration date, name, or email.

- Under Audience Registration, click Copy link to copy the registration link.
- In the Registrants section, click Download to download a CSV file of the registrants list.
