The registrant table provides detailed information about everyone who signs up for your events, so you can easily interpret the data, track participation, and optimize your workflow.
Automatically captured columns
The following columns are collected automatically by Riverside based on the registrant’s browser activity.

UTM parameters
The other columns in the registrant table capture information from the URL a registrant used when signing up. These values help you understand where registrants came from and how they found your event.

Good to know
- Some websites block referrer information. In such cases, the Referrer column will appear empty.
- The Referrer, UTM, and Status columns do not apply when managing audience registration through the direct session link.
- Custom fields are not visible on the registrants page. To view them, download the audience registration CSV file.
