Embed Riverside's webinar registration form on your website to collect signups through your own landing page. The embedded form inherits your website’s styling and syncs with Riverside to add each registrant to your registrant table and generate their unique join link.

Embeddable registration widget

Step by step

To generate an embeddable registration widget, first schedule a webinar with an audience registration form.

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
  1. On the calendar, find the scheduled webinar and click it to open the event summary.
  2. In the bottom right corner, click Manage webinar.
    The Webinar Overview opens. 
  3. In the top left corner, click the Registration tab.

  4. Scroll down to Embed code.

  5. Click Copy code.

  6. Add the copied code to your website or landing page to collect registrations directly through your site.

  • You can paste the embed code into a CMS or landing page builder.

  • If you edit the registration form later in Riverside, the embedded form updates automatically.
  • UTM parameters are not captured when attendees register using an embedded registration form.
  • Branding settings from Riverside's registration form, such as the accent color on the form and confirmation page, do not carry over to the embeddable registration widget. To match the widget to your brand, add custom CSS on the website or landing page where the widget is embedded.
  • Only one registration widget can be embedded per page.
  • The embed code generated by Riverside must be used exactly as provided.
