Customize your registration form to control what information you collect from your audience and how your webinar sign-up page looks.

Customize content
Available for webinars with pre-registration.
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
- On the calendar, find the scheduled webinar and click it to open the event summary.
- In the bottom right corner, click Manage webinar.
The Webinar Overview opens. - Under Custom registration form, click Customize.
- Click Add field to add additional fields for registrants to fill out.
The fields for first name, last name, and email address are always required. - Select from the following field types: phone number, country, single selection, text, or checkbox.

Add a phone number field
- Select
Phone number.

To the right of Required field, toggle on
to make this field mandatory.
- To remove the field, click
Remove.

Add a single selection field
- Select

- Enter your question.

Add up to 10 predefined answers.
Your audience can select one answer.
- You can change the order of the predefined answers by clicking and dragging the
handler icon.

To the right of Required field, toggle on
to make this field mandatory.
- Click Save.
- To remove the field, click ••• [the three dots] and then click
Remove.
- To edit the field, click ••• [the three dots] and then click
Edit field.

Add a text field
- Select

Enter your question.
Your audience can reply in up to 250 characters.

to make this field mandatory.

Add a checkbox field
- Select
Checkbox field.
- Enter your question.
Your audience can check or uncheck the boxes to respond. - To the right of Required field, toggle on
to make this field mandatory.
- Click Save.
- To remove the field, click ••• [the three dots] and then click
Remove.

Edit field.

- Change the order of the fields by clicking and dragging the
handler icon.
Click Preview in the top right corner to open your changes in a new window. - Click Update changes.
Customize branding
Available for all webinars.
- In the Registration tab, click Design.

Apply branding elements such as a logo, background, and accent color to your registration form.

Add logo
The selected logo will appear at the top of the registration form and the confirmation page.
- Next to Add logo, click the
plus icon.
- In the file picker, choose a JPG or PNG image from your computer.
We recommend a file that's at least 64 × 64 px with a 1:1 aspect ratio. - To remove the logo, hover over it and click the X in the top-right corner.
- Next to Add logo, click the

Add background
The selected image will appear as the background of the registration form and the confirmation page.
- Next to Add background, click the
plus icon.
- Select Image or Color.
- If choosing an image, click Upload.
- In the file picker, choose a JPG or PNG image from your computer.
We recommend a file that’s 1280 × 720 px or has a 16:9 aspect ratio. - To choose a color, click the Color tab.
- In the color picker, choose your color.
Or in the Hex field, enter a specific Hex code. - To remove the background color, hover over it and click the X in the top-right corner.
- Next to Add background, click the

Add accent color
The selected color will be applied as a design accent across the registration form and the confirmation page, including the main sign-up buttons.
- Next to accent color, click the rainbow color picker or the Hex field.
- In the color picker, choose your color.
Or in the Hex field, enter a specific Hex code.

Remove Riverside logo
Show or remove the Riverside logo from the top-left corner of the registration form.
- Next to Show Riverside logo, click the toggle to turn it off.
When the toggle is off, the Riverside logo is hidden.
- Next to Show Riverside logo, click the toggle to turn it off.
Click Preview in the top right corner to open your changes in a new window.

- Click Update changes.
Good to know
- When scheduling a webinar with pre-registration, you can customize both the form fields and branding. When using a direct session link, you can only customize the form’s branding.
- Your customized settings are saved for the next event hosted in the same studio.
