Use your own form or landing page to register attendees by sending their details to Riverside through your API workflow. Riverside adds each registrant to your webinar and returns their unique join link in the API response.

Step by step
To register webinar attendees through your API, first schedule a webinar with an audience registration form.
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
- On the calendar, find the scheduled webinar and click it to open the event summary.
- In the bottom right corner, click Manage webinar.
The Webinar Overview opens. - In the top left corner, click the Registration tab.
Scroll down and click API request.
Click Copy request example.
Include the copied request in your API workflow to register attendees for your webinar. Make sure to include all required fields.
Good to know
- After the API request is processed, the registrant appears in your registrant table.
