My Riverside recording has a flickering effect in Final Cut Pro

This is likely caused by a setting in Final Cut Pro. To override this setting, follow the steps below after importing your Riverside file to Final Cut Pro.

Suggested troubleshooting steps

  1. In Final Cut Pro, on the top menu bar, click Window.
  2. From the drop-down menu, hover over Show in workspace and select Inspector.
  3. At the top of the Inspector menu, click the (i) icon.
  4. Click Basic.
  5. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  6. Hover over Color space override and, from the drop-down menu, select Rec 709.
