AI credits are used to power premium AI features on Riverside, such as AI B-roll and AI translation.

View credit balance 

  1. On a computer, log into your account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  3. Click settings.svg Settings.
  1. On the left, under Your account, click Subscription.
  2. Under AI credits, you can see how many credits you have left. 

Top up AI credits

  1. On a computer, log into your account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  3. Click settings.svg Settings.
  1. On the left, under Your account, click Subscription.
  2. Next to AI credits, click Top up AI credits. 

AI credits cost per feature

Each feature uses AI credits differently. Here's a breakdown:

  • 200 credits = 1 minute of video generated with your AI twin
  • 200 credits = 1 hours of audio generated with your Voice clone
  • 100 credits =  1 minute of AI translation
  • 100 credits = 5 seconds of AI B-roll

  • AI credits are purchased separately from your subscription and do not renew monthly.
  • Only account owners and admins can purchase additional credits.
  • Only Business accounts that pay via credit card can purchase credits directly within Riverside. Business accounts that pay via wire transfer must contact their CSM to purchase more credits.
