Good to know
- Audience count reflects the number of active live connections in the webinar, including hosts, producers, guests, and audience members.
- The number may appear higher than expected because it counts connections, not unique people. For example:
- Refreshing a browser may briefly create two active connections until the previous one disconnects.
- Joining from multiple devices counts each device as a separate connection.
- You can choose to hide the audience count from participants. To change this setting, see Remove audience count in the studio.
