Good to know
- Registration works differently for each type of recurring event. For recurring webinars, each session has its own independent registration form and registration link. For a webinar series, there is one registration form for the entire series and attendees can register for all sessions or select only the ones they want to attend.
- You can schedule up to 50 webinars per recurring event.
- For recurring webinars or webinar series, invited guests and producers receive a single invite email covering all sessions, with a multi-event ICS so the whole series appears as a recurring event in their calendar.
- After creating a recurring webinar or series, any changes you make can be applied to a single session or to all upcoming sessions.
- Some email notifications work differently for a webinar series, including registration confirmation and cancellation emails.
