Create an on-demand webinar from an existing recording or edit so people can register and watch at any time.

This feature is in beta and is being released gradually to Riverside users.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the sidebar on the left, click Hosting.
  1. In the top left corner, click the On-demand webinars tab.
  2. In the top right corner, click + New.
  3. Select Recordings or Edits to browse your existing content.
  4. Select the recording or edit you want to use, then click Continue.
  5. The on-demand webinar opens on the Landing page tab.
  6. Under Title, enter a title for the landing page.
  7. Under Description, enter a description. Viewers see it below the video on the landing page.
  8. Under Hosted by, confirm or update the host name shown to viewers.
  9. Under Logo, upload a PNG or JPG image (minimum 400 × 400 px). 
  10. Next to Hide Riverside logo, toggle it on to remove the Riverside logo from the landing page.
  11. Click Update changes.
  12. Click Preview to see how the landing page appears to viewers.
  13. In the top left corner, click the Registration form tab to customize the registration fields viewers fill out before watching.
  14. Click Update changes.
  15. When you're ready, click Publish in the top right corner.
  16. To share the webinar, click Copy public URL in the page header.

View and download registrant data

After publishing your on-demand webinar, use the Registrants tab to see who registered, track viewer engagement, and export registrant data.

  1. In the top left corner, click the Registrants tab.
  2. Use the All, Watched, and Completed tabs to filter the list.
  3. To find a specific registrant, click the search.svg Search icon above the table and search by name or email.
  4. To export the data, click the download.svg Download icon in the top right corner of the registrant table.

Icon.svg Good to know

  • Your on-demand webinar is hosted on a Riverside-generated URL. Embedding the experience on an external website is not yet available. 
  • Returning viewers who registered with the same email address are recognized automatically and go straight to the content page without re-registering. 
  • The title on the Landing page tab and the title on the Registration form tab are independent. Updating one does not update the other.
