Good to know
- The audience table lists each contact once, matched by email, across every live and on-demand webinar in every studio in your production.
- Phone and country show the most recent value collected from any registration form that asked for it.
- Custom fields from a specific registration form don’t appear as columns here. To see those answers, go to that webinar’s registrants tab.
- The CSV export includes every available field, including hidden columns, and a webinar type field (live or on-demand).
- Referrer is only filled in for some activity types. For on-demand views, it may show the on-demand watch link rather than a traffic source.
