Difficulty uploading is usually caused by an SSO login mismatch, misdirected RSS feed, unclaimed or unverified show, or a potential duplicate show on Spotify.
Suggested troubleshooting steps
- Make sure you only have 1 Spotify show connected to Riverside hosting.
- If you migrated to Riverside from another hosting platform, check that your RSS feed has redirected correctly.
- Claim your podcast on Spotify.

Publish an episode so Spotify can verify your podcast. If a verification email never arrives:
- Check your spam/junk folders in your email inbox.
- Temporarily disable your VPN/firewall, then publish your episode.
- Disable Spotify SSO and reset your password, then try publishing your episode again.
