Troubleshooting steps
If you imported your existing podcast from another hosting provider and your podcast was already live on Apple Podcasts or Spotify before moving to Riverside, confirm your existing connection instead of attempting to connect your podcast. Do not delete the existing listing.

If you created the show manually on Apple Podcasts or Spotify in addition to setting up your podcast in Riverside, those platforms may recognize it as a duplicate. In this case:
Go to your Apple Podcasts or Spotify account.
Navigate to the podcast listing and delete it.
Go to Riverside and connect your podcast to Apple Podcasts or Spotify again.
If the error persists, contact Support for further assistance.
