Clearing your browser cache is an important step in may troubleshooting processes that can help free up storage space and let your device work more efficiently when recording.
Do not clear your browser's cache if you have local tracks that have not uploaded yet.
Step by step
Follow the steps below to clear your cache depending on where you're recording.

Chrome and Edge
The steps below apply to both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. If fixing low storage, use the computer and browser that has low storage.

From your Chrome or Edge browser, Copy and paste this link into the address bar:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData - Press Enter to open the Clear browsing data settings window.
- In the Time range dropdown, select All time.

Select the box next to Cached images and files.
IMPORTANT:
Clearing your browser cache will delete any local track files still on your computer. Be sure to finish uploading any remaining tracks with the same computer and browser first. - Click Clear data (Chrome) or Clear now (Edge).

Safari
If you're recording on a Safari browser, follow the steps below to clear your cache:
- Open Safari on your Mac.
- From the toolbar at the top, click Safari.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy.
- Click Manage Website Data.

Select one or more websites, then click Remove or Remove All.
- Click Done.
