Schedule and publish videos to TikTok using the Content planner, and manage upcoming posts in one calendar.

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
- In the top right corner of the date you want to schedule your post on, click the
plus icon.
- Click Social media post.
- In the side panel, under the platform dropdown, select TikTok.
- If you haven't already, follow the instructions in the pop-up to log in to your TikTok account.
- Click the
plus icon in the Preview window to select the file you want to upload.
- Select from the files in your studio, or click Upload to select an external file from your computer or hard dive.
- To choose a thumbnail:
- In the top left corner of the preview window, click the
photo icon.
- Click Choose frame.
- Use the slider at the bottom of the video preview to select the frame to use as your thumbnail.
- Click Save.
- In the top left corner of the preview window, click the
- Add a Caption.
Or click theGenerate caption icon to auto-generate a caption for your post.
- Under Who can watch this video, select your audience from the dropdown.
- Under Allow users to, check any interactions you'd like to allow: Comment, Duet, and/or Stitch.
- Toggle on Disclose video content if your video promotes a brand, product, or service.
- Click Schedule.
Edit a scheduled post
- In the Planner, click the relevant post to open the sidebar.
- In the bottom right corner, click Edit post.
- Make any desired changes to your post and click Save.
Delete a scheduled post
- In the Planner, click the relevant post to open the sidebar.
- In the top right corner of the sidebar, click the ••• [the three dots].
- Click Remove post.
Good to know
- You can only log into one TikTok account per studio.
- If you log out of your TikTok account, any scheduled posts will be removed and will not be published to TikTok.
- TikTok thumbnails can only be set by selecting a frame from your content. You cannot upload a file to use as the thumbnail.
