- You experience dropped frames or lagging frame rate with a Logitech webcam in the studio
Please note:
Riverside records video from Logitech 4K cameras at up to 1080p resolution to ensure high frame rates. This maximum resolution only affects the studio participant/s using a Logitech camera.
Suggested troubleshooting steps
- Download and install the Logi Tune Desktop software.
- Connect the Logitech webcam to the computer.
- Open Logi Tune.

Join a Riverside studio.
- For best results, leave Logi Tune running during recording sessions on Riverside.
- If necessary, close and re-open Logi Tune Desktop to reset the video feed it sends to Riverside.
