My Logitech camera is flickering

Logitech webcams must be set at the correct video refresh rate for your region, or else you may notice a flickering effect during recording.

Suggested troubleshooting steps

Follow the steps below to change the refresh rate using Logi Tune Desktop software.

  1. Download and install the Logi Tune Desktop software.
  2. Connect the Logitech webcam to the computer.
  3. Open Logi Tune.
  4. Click My Devices.
  5. Click the desired webcam.
  6. Click the Settings tab.
  7. Select Anti-flicker.
  8. Toggle to use the other refresh rate, either:
    • NTSC 60Hz (for countries in North and South America), or
    • PAL 50Hz (for most other countries)
  9. Click Save.
    For best results, leave Logi Tune running during recording sessions on Riverside.
