I don't see any cameras or microphones listed

Troubleshooting for:

  • No camera or mic options appearing in the lobby's menu
  • No camera or mic options appearing in the studio's menu

Suggested troubleshooting steps

  • Confirm that Riverside has permission to access your mic and camera in your browser.
  • Allow your browser access to your computer's microphone and camera.
    Enable it in your computer's settings:
    • Windows: App permissions for microphone; App permissions for camera
    • Mac: Control access to the microphone; Control access to the camera
