Simplify your editing process by collapsing the recording timeline into a progress bar. This allows you to edit directly from the transcript, without needing to use the timeline at all.

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
- In the bottom right, click Hide timeline.
The timeline collapses from an audio wave bar to a simplified progress bar. - Click Show timeline to expand the timeline.
