Collapse the timeline into a progress bar

Simplify your editing process by collapsing the recording timeline into a progress bar. This allows you to edit directly from the transcript, without needing to use the timeline at all.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
  1. In the bottom right, click Hide timeline.
    The timeline collapses from an audio wave bar to a simplified progress bar. 
  2. Click Show timeline to expand the timeline.
