Magic Audio isn't working

Follow these steps when:

• Magic Audio is not generating on your dashboard.
• Magic Audio is applied to all except for one track.

Suggested troubleshooting steps

• Make sure audio was recorded. If there is no audio in your recording, Magic Audio will not generate.
• Reset Magic Audio from the editor:
  1. Open your recording in the editor.
  2. In the AI Producer section, click Revert to original.
  3. Next to the Magic Audio button, toggle on.
  4. Wait for 15-30 minutes for Magic Audio to reset.
• Regenerate Magic Audio from the Recordings tab:
  1. Open your recording project.
  2. On the Recordings tab, click Generate with AI.
  3. Click Magic Audio.
  4. Wait for 15-30 minutes for Magic Audio to regenerate.
