I see the "Verify you are human" captcha test and cannot get past it

Follow these steps when:

  • You see One more step and you're in! page and cannot get past its captcha check

Suggested troubleshooting steps

  • Click the checkmark next to "Verify you are human" and complete the captcha.
  • Turn off your VPN, if you have one active
  • Turn off content blockers in your browser (like any adblocker) or add Riverside.fm to its whitelist
  • Contact Riverside Support
    • Copy and paste the Client IP and Ray ID numbers from the bottom of the page to share with the Support team.
