Webinar: Where can I find the event ID?

Each webinar you schedule in Riverside, whether live or on-demand, has a unique event ID that you can use with the Riverside Business API to register attendees or retrieve registrant data.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
  1. On the calendar, find the scheduled webinar and click it to open the event summary.
  2. In the top right corner of the window, click ••• [the three dots]. 
  3. Click Copy event ID.

On-demand webinars

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the sidebar on the left, click Hosting.
  4. Click the On-demand webinars tab.
  5. Next to the relevant on-demand webinar, then click the ••• [three dots].
  6. Click Copy webinar ID.
