Suggested troubleshooting steps
- If your organization is using organizational SSO for Riverside access:
- Please ask the Riverside Account Owner to work with the IT team to give you access to Riverside via your organization's SSO.
- Once you receive access, follow these steps to accept the invitation and login.
- If you are still experiencing issues or have already done the above, try using a different browser, an incognito tab, or another browser profile to log in.
- If your organization is NOT using organizational SSO for Riverside:
- Confirm with the Riverside Account Owner that you were invited to the account.
- If so, go to your email and accept the invite to enter your Riverside account.
- If you are using social sign-in SSO:
- On the login page, click the social account you want to use to login, either Google, Apple, or Spotify.
